Kevin Menkedick is the founder of All EN Logistics, where he focuses on managing shipments end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. With more than 20 years of experience in transportation logistics, Kevin brings a practical, hands-on approach to coordinating and optimizing the movement of products and materials from origin to destination.

Before founding All EN Logistics, Kevin worked in the transportation and logistics industry in a wide range of roles, starting at the ground level and working his way up. This firsthand experience exposed him to the challenges customers often face—poor communication, disappearing brokers, and unreliable follow-through. Those experiences shaped his core philosophy: communication matters, details matter, and people matter. At All EN Logistics, customers are never “just another shipment.” They are the reason the team shows up every day and gives 100%.

At All EN Logistics, Kevin is known for his leadership style—responsive, honest, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure. As founder, he remains directly involved in key operational activities, including shipment coordination, oversight, customer communication, and strategic planning, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his children’s sports teams. He also loves hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He believes that shared experiences and lasting memories are what matter most in life—values that mirror the way he runs his business, with a strong work ethic, integrity, reliability, and curiosity.
